Our client is looking for a Technical Specialist for a 5-month contract, with the potential for extension. This hybrid role requires a maximum of 3 in-office days per month at the Toronto location.

Responsibilities
• Design and execute both digital and paper-based marketing campaigns
• Develop segmentation models aligned with evolving program policies
• Refine campaign logic and rules during implementation stages
• Perform unit testing, support integration and user acceptance testing
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and support deployments
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Document and maintain technical specifications and campaign artifacts
• Participate in knowledge transfer, walkthroughs, and milestone tracking
Qualifications
Must Have:
• 3+ years of experience with:
• CRM tools and rules engines (OBIEE, Siebel CRM, Salesforce, OAC/OAS)
• Developing and maintaining marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria
• Experience supporting deployment in production environments
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and testing skills
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies and RDBMS concepts
Nice to Have:
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with public sector processes and documentation standards
