You will thrive in a dynamic environment with several active large-scale projects. Primarily focused on technical skills, this role is tailored for a senior developer looking to act as a designer and team lead. You will play a key role in designing robust and sustainable IT solutions while guiding the development squad through delivery activities, including hands-on programming during sprints.
This is a long-term contract ending on March 31, 2027. The position is remote, with the requirement to commute to the Quebec City or Montreal office for team meetings one to two times a month.

Responsibilities
Collaborate on project management, roadmap definition, and tracking to ensure adherence to scope, quality, schedules, and budget.
Execute the design of technological solutions in strict alignment with the enterprise's reference architectures.
Act as a team lead to mobilize, support, and foster the professional development of the delivery squad members.
Provide continuous leadership in innovation and the application of best practices in solution design and development.
Draft and present the technical testing strategy and documentation requirements in collaboration with quality assurance experts.
Coordinate code reviews in Azure DevOps, prepare changes, and orchestrate production deployments.
Implement security protocols in compliance with access control matrices and industry best practices.
Actively participate in resolving production incidents as a priority when the situation demands it.
Provide required evidence during internal and external security and compliance audits.
Collaborate on obsolescence management and the implementation of non-functional requirements for technological assets.
Qualifications
Relevant educational background in information technology.
Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in information technology projects.
Minimum of 3 years of specific experience as a software designer or application architect.
Advanced technical skills and hands-on development experience with .NET, React, Kubernetes, and SQL.
Proven leadership with strong abilities to take charge, direct, and motivate technical teams.
Excellent communication skills to interact smoothly with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions.
Excellent knowledge of the corporate services ecosystem is considered an asset.
Flawless spoken and written French, with an intermediate level of English required for interactions with certain suppliers.
