Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Deploy, configure, and commission our software for each manufactured QPU.
- Implement tools to support and optimize the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of the software on the QPUs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the testing strategy, including hardware or simulation-based testing, automated or manual testing, and testing by subsystems.
- Maintain and improve the continuous integration environment to ensure a smooth
development workflow and optimal quality.
You will also assist our Software Integration Engineer with the following mission:
- Investigate issues encountered, liaise with the system teams and developers, and provide support to internal users.
- Evaluate the performance of the software to identify and propose improvements.
Qualifications
Qualification & experience
- A bachelor’s degree with a specialization in computer science, followed by over 5 years of experience in software development and integration interfacing with hardware equipment.
- Your professional background has provided you with experience throughout the entire software deployment lifecycle.
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in new technologies and scientific challenges.
- You have a strong ability to work independently and can take responsibility for your projects while collaborating with the rest of the team.
Skills
- Strong experience with version control (Git) and CI tools (GitLab).
- Experience in software deployment and commissioning in production
- Experience in Python development.
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of Javascript
- Used Test automation during software development.
- Work with agile methodology.
- Knowledge in database management (PostgreSQL) and front-end development (React) will also be appreciated.
- Proficiency in professional English and French is mandatory to work in Clients international environment.

- On-site presence: preferred
- On-site frequency: minimum 3 days a week only from wednesday to Friday
