Responsibilities
• Lead testing efforts throughout the SDLC, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing
• Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, scripts, and test data
• Document, report, and track defects using collaborative tools (DevOps/Kanban)
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize, triage, and resolve defects
• Conduct walkthroughs and reviews of test plans and business requirements
• Ensure systems meet defined specifications for reliability, usability, performance, and accessibility
• Execute manual and automated tests and report test results in detail
• Lead quality reviews, perform impact analysis, and support integration efforts
• Document testing standards, test outcomes, and contribute to SharePoint knowledge base
• Support and mentor junior QA resources (if applicable)
Qualifications
Must Have:
• 8+ years QA experience including defect management and change request tracking
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and document test cases in large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience across all phases of the SDLC
• Strong familiarity with DevOps processes and test collaboration tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of manual and automated test methods
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
🌐 Experience with SharePoint, .NET, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript
⚙️ Hands-on experience with automated test tools and version control systems
📄 Proven record in reviewing user documentation for clarity and functionality
🧪 Government or public sector QA experience (minimum 5 years preferred)
📈 Experience in business process testing and product lifecycle validation
