Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Director, the Brossard-based position will be responsible for:
• Providing support to corporate users and all satellite offices
• Diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading workstations, laptops, and phones for current and new employees
• Collaborating on digital transformation projects and various IT department tasks
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation
• Ensuring ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
• Managing conference rooms
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need the following skills:
• AEC, DEP, or DEC in IT, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT technician
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, etc. network protocols
• Knowledge of Azure
• Customer service oriented
• Bilingual (impeccable spoken and written French and English)
• Limited travel to Toronto and New York City is expected
