Responsibilities
Requirements:
Proven working experience in technical writing of user and software documentation, with a strong preference for candidates with experience documenting CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent written skills in English, with a strong working knowledge of writing style guides and usability engineering principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of Jira and Google Suite is essential. Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development concepts is required.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical Writing Certification is an asset.
