Responsibilities
Your Daily Responsibilities
As an Architectural Technologist, your role will be central to the completion of our projects. Your main tasks will include:
Actively participating in the drafting of preliminary and working documents.
Performing necessary site surveys and ensuring their accurate translation into plans.
Conducting rigorous site supervision, which includes site visits and drafting follow-up documents (reports, directives, change orders).
Collaborating on the layout of various documents, such as project presentations and service proposals.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
To excel in this Architectural Technologist position, we are looking for someone with a solid technical background and a positive attitude.
Education: You hold a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Architectural Technology or a DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Building Design.
Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience acquired in Quebec in a similar role.
Sector Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the institutional construction industry is required.
Software Skills: You have expert proficiency in Revit and Autocad, and you are comfortable with the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Sketchup is an asset.
Personal Qualities: We are looking for a stable, cheerful individual who is motivated to build a lasting career within our firm in Laval.
