Position: Vendor Manager
Shift: Monday to Friday, Core Business Hours (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include maintaining vendor records, understanding and adhering to policies and procedures, managing risk, contributing to operational activities (reporting, analysis, etc.), focusing on continuous improvement, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, supporting vendor onboarding and documentation, assisting with reporting and compliance, supporting the external counsel management program, supporting the third-party risk management program, assisting with implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, creating training materials, and contributing to strategic initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of vendor management experience, proficiency in MS Office, the ability to adapt to new tasks, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with vendor contracts. Experience with Coupa/Ariba and legal service providers is considered a plus.
