Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Vice-President of North America, Consumer and Away-from-Home Products, this position is responsible to oversee the U.S. Away from Home market in the development of market and customer strategies, defining and managing market pricing for accounts and implement the group's sales strategies and objectives. You train, manage, and coordinate your team's efforts in developing account plans and programs arising from business opportunities, customer needs and market context to meet and exceed the sales and revenue objectives of the targeted regions. You will also work closely with the various functions in the company to gain a solid understanding of the business sectors, trends and added value available to our partners. Finally, through relationship selling and providing guidance on operating plans and tactics, you will contribute to the optimization of sales growth and profitability and the fulfillment of the U.S. AfH business strategy and the North American team.
Imputable
- Implementation of pricing and profitability growth strategy for U.S. AfH market
- Oversee activities related to the creation and negotiation of U.S. contracts
- Increase sales volume and revenues related to the manufacturing capacity of our various product categories
- Protect and increase revenues for the U.S. AfH market
- Support the development of account plans and oversee the account planning process
- Connect all the client's stakeholders with in-house experts to deliver value to the client and help position Cascades as a private label partner of choice
Responsible
- Actively participate in the strategic and budgetary planning process
- Perform business unit-wide client ranking and prioritization for all U.S. AfH partners
- Consolidate all information with the VP Commercial to support strategy, profitability and growth associated with the U.S. AfH market
- Stimulate, guide, and develop the sales team under his/her responsibility
- Collaborate daily and create strong links with the different departments (supply chain, marketing, customer service, finance, operations & RGM) at Cascades to create synergies
- Manage and optimize customer satisfaction in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in place
