We are seeking a Web Content Manager for a 4–6 month contract to support a major technology modernization project. This role will be instrumental in the buildout, testing, and content migration of a new Sitecore XM Cloud-based website. Responsibilities
Serve as a core resource in the site page build-out and content migration (in English and French).
Collaborate on decisions related to page layout, navigation, and user experience design.
Use modern CMS tools (Sitecore XM Cloud) to develop and publish content using pre-built components and templates.
Liaise with the translation department to manage and validate bilingual content.
Participate in team discussions and support training material development if needed
Previously worked with French content
Qualifications
3–5 years in web content authoring, preferably in non-transactional, content-heavy organizations such as trade associations or think tanks.
Proven experience with content migration and content development using modern CMS platforms—strong preference for Sitecore XM Cloud.
Experience with bilingual content authoring (English/French) in a Canadian context.
Demonstrated ability to conduct website testing (component usage, user experience, API validation, defect reporting).

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Familiarity with API-based content integration, dynamic data feeds, and user authentication tools.
