We are a busy distribution warehouse in Delta seeking an experienced and certified Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating heavy equipment, specifically a reach stacker, top pick container handler, and/or telehandler. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to commit to full-time hours

Responsibilities
Safely and proficiently operate a reach stacker, top pick container handler, and telehandler to move, stack, and retrieve shipping containers and materials.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage yard flow and optimize space.
Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and provincial regulations.
Assist with other yard duties as required, including general labor and organization.
Qualifications
Mandatory Certification: Must hold valid, up-to-date certification for operating a reach stacker and/or a top pick container handler. Certification for a telehandler is also a strong asset.
Experience: Proven experience operating heavy container handling equipment in a fast-paced yard or port environment.
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks in all weather conditions.
