Responsibilities
Solutions Development: Lead the technical hands-on configuration and enhancement of Case Management Systems and Mobile Inspection Tools based on MS Dynamics 365 Field Services.
Architecture Design: Create and update comprehensive architecture artifacts, including Business, Logical, and Physical architectures, alongside detailed Functional and Technical Design specifications.
Azure Integration: Design and implement Azure Storage for Attachment Management integrated with Dynamics 365, utilizing Azure Blob Storage to optimize data performance.
Portal Applications: Configure and implement portal solutions using MS Power Pages, managing User Access, Profile Management, and Role-Based Data Access Control.
Data Migration: Execute end-to-end ETL processes, specifically using KingswaySoft to migrate data from Oracle DB to MS Dynamics 365 Dataverse and Azure Blob Storage.
Automation & Logic: Design and develop Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps to streamline business workflows and system integrations.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and remediate sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions meet the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and OPS Security Directives, integrating with Third-Party Identity and Access Management (IAM) providers.
Qualifications
Core Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in solutions development and configuration within a Microsoft Cloud environment.
Dynamics 365 Mastery: Deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power App Flows, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Azure Suite: Proficient in Azure Active Directory, DevOps, KeyVault, API Management, and Logic Apps.
Data Migration Tools: Proven experience with KingswaySoft and ETL methodologies for complex data extractions and loads.
Identity Management: Experience with end-to-end integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including security, authentication, and encryption services.
Testing & QA: Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and experience facilitating workshops and technical triage sessions.
Soft Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present new conceptual approaches to senior stakeholders.
