Responsibilities
Hypercare & Post-Go-Live Support
Defect Resolution: Lead the triaging of support tickets, troubleshooting complex system issues, and performing root-cause analysis for defect resolution during the critical post-go-live period.
Prioritization: Support the PMO in managing the backlog of items deferred from the initial launch, ensuring they are prioritized based on business impact and risk.
Configuration & Functional Design
S/4HANA Configuration: Configure changes within PS, AA, and ARO modules, ensuring alignment with SAP leading/best practices.
Integration Expertise: Manage the intricate linkages between Project Systems and FICO (Finance/Controlling), Materials Management (MM), and Funds Management (FM).
Development Specs: Author detailed functional specifications for custom development objects (RICEFW) and coordinate with the technical team for implementation.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Test Management: Update and execute test scripts for unit, functional, integration (SIT), regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
PM Methodology: Utilize SAP Activate Methodology or waterfall/agile hybrid approaches to manage testing cycles and document results.
Change Management: Use SAP Solution Manager for change request management and tracking.
Business Process Optimization
Process Alignment: Analyze end-to-end accounting and project processes to identify improvements leveraging standard SAP functionality.
Documentation: Maintain and update business process documentation, configuration logs, and training materials to reflect newly implemented functionality.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale SAP project management/consulting within Government or large private sectors.
S/4HANA Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PS, AA, and ARO.
End-to-End Implementation: Proven track record of delivering at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. Public sector experience is a significant asset.
Technical Integration: Strong understanding of integration points with SAP Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable, and Funds Management.
Methodology: Extensive experience with SAP Activate, PMBOK, or Agile/Waterfall hybrid methods.
Certifications (Asset): SAP Certification in PS or AA.
Soft Skills: Superior communication skills to liaison between business leads, vendors (Systems Integrators), and executive leadership.
Deliverables
Detailed Functional Specifications for development objects.
Comprehensive Test Plans, Use Cases, and User Stories with validated results.
