We’re looking for a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Content Support Associate to join a mission-driven non-profit organization that partners with schools and communities across North America!
This is an exciting, short-term remote role (approximately 30 hours per week) where you’ll play a key role in two vital projects: coordinating book donation logistics for schools and using AI tools to identify and timestamp educational film clips. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with strong communication skills and a high comfort level with spreadsheets and AI-assisted tools. Prior administrative or media-related experience is a plus, and new graduates are encouraged to apply!

-Creative & Analytical Variety: The role offers a refreshing mix of structured data management (logistics) and creative media analysis (film review), preventing the workday from feeling repetitive.
-Networking Opportunity: Exposure to a Director-led team within the education strategy and partnership sector, which is valuable for those interested in careers in education, media, or non-profit management.
-New Grad Friendly: A rare "foot-in-the-door" opportunity for recent graduates to build a corporate resume with a professional reference from a Director-level contact.
