The Program Manager will play a key role in the planning and execution of a wide range of medical education initiatives, including webinars, conferences, consultation meetings, virtual programs, and other healthcare-focused projects.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects concurrently from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Coordinate closely with clients, healthcare professionals, faculty, vendors, and internal teams
Lead day-to-day client communications and provide exceptional client service
Host and support live webinars and virtual events, including speaker coordination and troubleshooting
·Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all project materials, logistics, and communications
·Collaborate cross-functionally with account, scientific, creative, and production teams
Anticipate project needs, proactively identify solutions, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
·Support meeting planning and execution for in-person, virtual, and hybrid medical education programs
·Assist with project tracking, reporting, invoicing, and overall program management processes
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing situations
Comfortable hosting webinars and managing live virtual platforms
Highly collaborative with a positive, team-oriented approach
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
At least 2 years experience in the medical communications, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or continuing medical education field is considered a strong asset
Bilingualism (English/French) is required spoken and written
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects
·Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys dynamic, fast-moving work
A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
A team player who values collaboration and relationship-building
