Pay & Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday) $18.00 per hour

Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday) $19.00 per hour
Note: The facility is transit-friendly, but please check your route for late-night shift ends.
What You Will Do:
Build Pallets: Construct high-quality wooden pallets and products using hand and power tools.
Operate Machinery: Run heavy woodworking machinery safely to meet daily production goals.
Move Materials: Handle and move raw wood materials to keep the production line moving.
Stay Safe: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Experience: You must have proven experience working with wood and operating air nail guns.
Physical Stamina: Able to handle heavy lifting, constant movement, and a fast work pace.
Safety-Minded: Respectful of shop safety rules to keep yourself and your team safe.
Reliable: Ready to show up on time for every shift and work hard.
Advantages
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour.
Shift: 7:00 AM start time (Monday – Friday).

Physically Resilient: You are capable of heavy lifting and thrive when working on your feet in a demanding physical environment.
Technically Minded: You have experience—or a strong desire to learn—with pneumatic air nailers and various saws.
Efficiency-Driven: You possess the "fast-paced" gear needed to meet and exceed daily production goals.
Proven Background: You bring valuable experience from a warehouse, shop, or construction setting.
