Pay & Shift Structure
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Steady Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Stability: Long-term, full-time hours.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
Immediate Availability: Must be ready to start working right away.
Transportation: Must drive and have your own reliable personal vehicle to commute to the facility daily.
Certification: Valid, current license/ticket for both Reach Truck and Walkie.

Facility Startup: Help receive, organize, and move inventory to set up a brand-new facility.
Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks and walkies to load, unload, and stack products.
Safety & Organization: Maintain high safety standards under daily timelines while keeping your workspace clean and organized.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Reach Truck and dock stocker to move home improvement products throughout the warehouse.
Perform precise put-away and retrieval of pallets in narrow-aisle, high-racking systems.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all product counts are 100% accurate.
Transport goods from the receiving dock to their proper storage locations efficiently.
Perform quick, daily safety inspections on your Reach Truck before your shift starts.
Qualifications
Valid Reach Truck/Dock stocker Forklift certification or ticket.
At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience driving a Reach Truck/Walkie in a busy warehouse environment.
Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and maintaining focus during high-rack maneuvers.
Ready to commit to a steady, long-term role.
