Responsibilities
As an Accounting Analyst on the ERP implementation project, you will be a key player in the transition to our new system. You will ensure the consistency and reliability of financial data throughout the implementation process and contribute to the optimization of accounting and financial processes.
- Map and analyze existing financial and accounting processes
- Participate in defining accounting requirements for the new ERP and in developing the financial transformation strategy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to understand specific requirements
- Participate in unit testing and integration testing of financial modules
- Verify ERP functionalities' compliance with accounting practices and legal requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement of accounting processes
- Propose solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
- Participate in implementing enhanced internal controls and financial dashboards
- Prepare and carry out monthly closing operations (closing journal, account reconciliation, provisions, and adjustments)
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, combined with involvement in a full ERP project.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in performing monthly and end-of-month closings.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a dynamic project environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong ability to synthesize information.
