Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with engineers, architects, and owners to adjust estimates and recommend alternative materials or methods.

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, Bluebeam,
Operational Background: Prior experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator is considered highly beneficial.
