Responsibilities
•Review tagging workflow forms to ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
•Maintain accurate records and update relevant logs to ensure proper tracking.
•Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance and data accuracy.
•Maintain web-based compliance systems by loading reports, checking, and correcting errors.
•Maintain compliant supplier records in the Oracle system.
•Assist with drafting and updating the Compliance Handbook and work instructions.
•Promote and support process improvements to enhance department efficiency.
•Ensure compliance with Company Standard Practices & Policies, ISO procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•University Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
•1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and solve problems.
•High level of agility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate discussions and work effectively in a team.
•Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to travel (5% within Canada and 5% US/International); must possess or be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience or knowledgeable in trade compliance regulations and processes
