40 hours per week, mostly daytime, but requires 1-2 evenings and one weekend every two weeks.

Responsibilities
As a strategic partner to unit leadership, you will ensure that business objectives and people-first values go hand-in-hand:
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant for line managers to implement business and people plans that achieve operational excellence.
Culture Guardianship: Serve as the "voice of the employee," ensuring the workplace remains a caring, high-standard environment that reflects the brand's core values.
Talent & Leadership: Partner with leaders to drive inclusive talent management and develop local leadership capabilities.
Change Management: Support the people-side of organizational transformations, acting as an ambassador for change and process standardization.
Process Excellence: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency across all people processes for a seamless end-to-end employee experience.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: A University degree with 2 years of related HR experience, OR a minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience.
Language Proficiency: Perfect command of spoken and written French is required. An intermediate level of English is necessary to communicate with partners and colleagues outside of Quebec.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a passion for value-based leadership.
