Responsibilities
- SAP Implementation: Active participation in the deployment of SAP Group Reporting (configuration, testing, and validation).
- Optimization & Automation: Collaboration with IT and Finance teams to automate workflows and enhance reporting tools.
- Data Governance: Maintenance of reporting structures, hierarchies, and data mapping within the systems.
- Reporting Support: Technical support during quarterly and annual consolidation cycles to ensure the accuracy of results.
- Documentation & Training: Development of process guides and user training for reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in financial reporting, consolidation, or systems support (within multi-entity/multi-currency environments).
- SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Tools: Advanced mastery of Excel and knowledge of Power BI or similar analytical tools.
- Projects: Proven experience in system implementations, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Key Skills: A hybrid profile (Finance/IT) recognized for rigor, technological curiosity, and strong collaborative skills.
- Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English (oral and written) is required to support stakeholders across various regions.
"As the company conducts a significant portion of its business outside of Quebec, the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly with English-speaking stakeholders. Consequently, proficiency in English (both oral and written) is an essential requirement."
