Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Candidates must be available to interview on February 6th between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM MT if selected to move forward in the process.

Responsibilities
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on order status and escalations.
• Create and update Repair Orders (ROs) in eMRO, monitor vendor TAT and escalate delays. Process tooling repair orders and calibration
requests.
• Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Prepare
documentation for Dangerous Goods shipments.
• Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems. Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities.
Generate and maintain operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow.
• Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft. Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements. Maintain AOG
dashboard and provide real-time updates to MCC.
Qualifications
Must Haves
• 1–3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Haves
• Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems (eMRO, Aeroxchange) is an asset.
