As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating administrative activities. This position requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Approximately 50% of tasks will be performed in English, primarily to communicate with partners located outside of Quebec on a regular basis. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Demonstrated ability to manage stress and multiple priorities. • Previous experience in the industrial sector (an asset).
