Shift: Morning Shift 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM Monday to Friday
Status: Ongoing (Potential until the end of the year) Start ASAP
Pay Rate: $22.72 / hour

Responsibilities
Assembly & Cutting: Safely measure and cut wood using saws; assemble skids and crates using nail guns.
Material Handling: Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the plant manually or using lifting devices (Forklift/Combi-lift/Overhead Crane).
Shipping Preparation: Strap/band finished products onto skids and perform quality audits on outgoing orders.
Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-use inspections on all hand tools, maintain a clean and debris-free work area, and always wear required PPE (including dual hearing protection).
Team Support: Assist machine operators and the shipping crew as needed.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is a major asset; experience using nail guns and saws is required.
Certifications: Demonstrated ability or licensing to operate material-handling equipment (Counterbalance Forklifts/Combi-lifts) is highly preferred.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs), stand, and walk for extended periods in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a Clear Criminal Record Check.
Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent commitment to health and safety, and a cooperative team-player attitude.
