• Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets, including writing standard arithmetic formulas, organizing data, and building working templates.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and professional reference verification prior to final employment confirmation.
• Availability to work a flexible 35 to 38 hour weekly full-time schedule, including rotating day, evening (closing up to 10:00 PM), and weekend shifts.
• Ability to travel between nearby storefront locations (within an 8-minute commute radius) as required for shift coverage.
• Strong dedication to memorizing detailed product specifications, educational materials, and operational standards during initial training.
Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets (basic formulas, data summation, template creation), Google Calendar, and Google Docs.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying operational challenges and independently proposing solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and self-management abilities, with a proven capacity to structure and prioritize work schedules post-training.
