Hours: 8:00-4:00 or 9:00 -5:00 (flexibility) 1 hour lunch break (30mins unpaid). 7.5 hours
Interviews Process: 1 Virtual interview
Training: August 28th, 2026 (3 hours of training)
Duration: August 31st-September 4th

Responsibilities
Maintenance Requests (bathrooms, temperature, etc)
Restocking the office from the storage room (snacks, drinks, supplies, etc)
Cleaning throughout the day (Spills, dishes, coffee, etc), not necessary cleaning up the office
Dishwasher operation
Snack layout, access to the store room to pick up the snacks
IT issues throughout the office (Meeting room issues/updates, tech issues, etc)
Other day to day tasks adhoc
Qualifications
Must be CPR and First Aid certified
Good communication
Experience as a receptionist/ admin
