Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of complex, high-visibility IT projects, from initiation to closure.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Proactively identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
Adapt your delivery approach to various project contexts, including Agile, Lean-Agile, and traditional frameworks.
Ensure transparent and regular communication of project status, performance, and key metrics to all relevant parties.
Uphold and promote the standards and best practices established by the IT Project Portfolio Management Office (APMO).
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong political acumen, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Outstanding analytical skills and a critical, solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with modern project planning and tracking tools.
Excellent written and oral proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Asset: Experience with Agile methodologies is a strong asset.
