Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance: Lead and manage end-to-end, high-profile IT initiatives following iterative project delivery methodologies, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Schedule & Scope Management: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
Financial & Budget Oversight: Manage complex project budgets, monitor cost forecasts, track actuals, and ensure fiscal control across multiple funding streams.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and operational issues, conduct impact analyses, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Reporting: Prepare executive-level briefing materials, decision papers, status reports, and presentations for steering committees and governance bodies.
Team Leadership & Resource Management: Onboard, direct, and mentor diverse project personnel—including internal staff and external consultants—clarifying roles, setting performance expectations, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Vendor & Technical Coordination: Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring solution components (such as APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration standards) align with enterprise architectural frameworks.
Qualifications
Senior Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating large, complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects (Strictly Required).
Iterative Methodology: Proven track record managing and delivering projects following an iterative project delivery framework (Strictly Required).
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Proven ability to prioritize workloads, demonstrate critical thinking, identify complex risks, and implement effective solutions (Strictly Required).
Executive Presentation & Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience preparing executive-level briefings, proposals, and governance reports.
Fiscal & Scope Controls: Demonstrated experience managing multi-stream project budgets, tracking deliverables, and enforcing scope management.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Proven ability to direct, coordinate, and resolve resource conflicts across multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
