Responsibilities
Diagnosis & Strategy: Analyze HR data to identify underlying causes of operational issues and propose solutions to improve engagement and business results.
Process Optimization: Harmonize national HR practices, develop centralized training materials, and ensure the efficiency of the resource platform for HR teams.
Strategic Advisory: Act as an expert advisor to senior leaders on policy interpretation, complex case management, and management coaching.
Change Management: Lead the HR component of major projects using structured methods to drive the adoption of new behaviors.
Relations & Ethics: Lead internal investigations, support annual performance and calibration processes, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to mitigate organizational risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management (CHRP/CHRL designation an asset).
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, strictly within a large-scale unionized environment.
Strong expertise in labor relations, project management, and change management.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data analysis).
Fluent bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, to collaborate with partners across Canada.
