Reporting directly to senior transformation leadership, you will partner with business unit heads, data scientists, and cross-functional technical teams to drive awareness, corporate readiness, and meaningful behavior change in support of strategic AI initiatives. You will design, build, and execute change strategies that not only build a deep understanding of new capabilities but also ensure thousands of employees embed AI agents and automated workflows into their daily daily operations. This role requires an agile practitioner who can confidently balance abstract enterprise strategy with lightweight, hands-on program execution.
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Primarily remote, with a requirement to work on-site at the corporate office once every two weeks).

Stakeholder Impact Mapping: Partner directly with technical project leads to assess change impacts, map operational dependencies, flag systemic delivery risks, and deploy proactive mitigation campaigns.
Adoption Telemetry & Analysis: Establish quantitative success criteria and metrics. Monitor readiness trends, stakeholder sentiment, and organizational change saturation by interpreting usage analytics, adjusting change plans based on what the data shows.
Executive Storytelling & Support: Arm leadership teams with clear communication toolkits and behavioral reinforcement strategies. Author executive presentations and materials that capture success stories and lessons learned.
Process Standardization: Build lightweight, repeatable workflows and structural project management artifacts to ensure multiple parallel transformation workstreams run flawlessly without items falling through the cracks.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience leading change management, organizational transformation, enterprise program management, or technical training initiatives.
Tech Adoption Portfolio: Proven track record heading change and user-adoption initiatives specifically for AI, digital, data platform, or technology transformation programs.
Analytical & Data Acuity: Strong capability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Practical experience leveraging Excel, analytics dashboards, and sentiment analysis tools to isolate trends and generate insight summaries.
AI Tool Fluency: Functional working knowledge of modern IT delivery processes and emerging enterprise AI agent ecosystems, with hands-on comfort using AI utilities to automate manual tasks and accelerate deliverables.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proactive self-starter with a massive bias for action, capable of navigating extreme ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders across matrixed corporate lines.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Practical, working knowledge of formal change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci certification).
Previous professional experience working within Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience developing thought leadership content, executive communications, or managing digital employee engagement platforms.
Bilingualism in English and French (written and verbal) is considered a strong asset.
