Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution
Drive end-to-end management of the social media platform implementation, migration, and onboarding activities.
Establish and track project timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and budget throughout the program lifecycle.
Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Prepare high-quality executive materials, status reports, and governance documentation to support decision-making.
Change Management & Enablement
Support and help execute the overall change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and user adoption tactics.
Ensure advisors and marketing stakeholders are thoroughly trained and well-versed in the new platform’s features and workflow.
Partner with marketing leadership and consultants to align the platform rollout with overarching advisor marketing strategies.
Governance & Compliance
Collaborate closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure the platform operates seamlessly within regulatory frameworks.
Support the establishment of ongoing monitoring and governance protocols for advisor social media activity and pre-approved content distribution.
Qualifications
Qualifications for the Role
Must-Have Requirements
5–7 years of experience leading large-scale program and project management initiatives.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex platform migration and technology implementation projects.
Proven track record supporting change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption at scale.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to summarize complex information for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational effectiveness, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
PMP Certification or equivalent project management designation.
Prior experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or another heavily regulated industry.
Familiarity or direct experience with enterprise social media management tools (e.g., Hearsay Social, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr).
Soft Skills & Leadership Traits
Strategic Leadership: Ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on execution.
