You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Capital Markets data is accurate, traceable, and compliant with global regulatory standards like BCBS 239 and Dodd-Frank.

Responsibilities
Governance & Stewardship: Drive the adoption of Business Glossary platforms and ensure metadata and stewardship roles are current for internal and regulatory reporting.
Risk & Audit Management: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to prepare business controls, complete risk assessments, and facilitate audit test plans.
Data Analysis & Control: Conduct detailed analysis of data flows to identify gaps; provide guidance to business and technology partners to ensure a sustainable operational model.
Initiative Management: Track project milestones and provide Program Managers with visibility into project health, supporting effective decision-making and change management.
Tooling Support: Provide subject matter expertise for data governance applications such as IBM Information Governance Catalog (IGC), Collibra, and Risk and Control Registers.
Qualifications
●Industry Experience: 5+ years in Financial Services, specifically within Investment or Corporate Banking.
●Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Security Financing, Loans).
●Governance Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data stewardship, data classification, lineage, and traceability.
●Regulatory Knowledge: Prior experience with BCBS 239 or other initiatives like FRTB, Volcker, or Basel II/III.
●Technical Skills: Proficiency with Tableau and GenAI tools; working knowledge of SQL for custom queries is highly preferred.
●Education: Undergrad degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
●Soft Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with both junior stakeholders and senior business leaders.
