Please note: This role requires significant prior hood time. We are specifically looking for apprentices who already possess a strong technical foundation and around 2,000 officially logged hours.

Responsibilities
We will never sideline you with endless shop cleanup or mundane tasks. Instead, you will be right on the floor, striking arcs side-by-side with seasoned journeymen to drastically elevate your trade skills:
- Heavy Industrial Flux-Core: Master the nuances of FCAW and MCAW applications (Flat Position) on large-scale, demanding projects.
- Major Steel Fabrication: Get directly involved in assembling massive I-beams, intricate tower sections, and unique structural frameworks.
- Specialty Methods: Gain regular, hands-on experience utilizing complex custom jigs and perfecting standoff welding procedures.
- Uncompromising Safety: Champion a work environment that strictly adheres to the highest tier of safe production practices and protocols.

Qualifications
Current Apprenticeship Level: You need to hold an active registration as either a first-year or second-year welding apprentice (please note that we heavily favor second-year applicants for this specific role).

Verified Shop Time: Because we need someone who can immediately contribute, you must have around 2,000 verifiable hours already logged in your bluebook.

Core Welding Knowledge: We strongly prefer candidates who bring established practical experience with FCAW, MCAW, or standard MIG welding parameters.

Workplace Mindset: We demand exceptional attendance, unwavering dependability, and a genuine, sponge-like desire to learn from the best in the shop.

Bonus Credentials: Holding an up-to-date CWB ticket is a massive asset that will put your application right at the front of the line.
