Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in transit buses and highway coaches
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts to keep fleets on the move
Perform MTO inspections, document deficiencies, and ensure compliance
Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and rectify various electrical and mechanical problems
Implement efficient repair and service schedules to maintain fleet integrity
Multitask in a dynamic environment while being self-motivated and adaptable
Qualifications
Qualification / Certification
At least 3 years of experience as a bus or truck mechanic
Strong understanding of bus and truck equipment with a 310T Certification
Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and familiar with fleet maintenance practices
Ability to analyze problems, provide expertise, and carry out repairs to keep fleets in top condition
Multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
