We are seeking a High-Caliber Apprentice to join our elite Nisku team, where you'll be instrumental in fabricating highly specialized, custom jacketed piping systems. This role demands and rewards genuine expertise, offering you a unique platform to prove your mastery on critical industrial builds.

Responsibilities
Driving the assembly of complex, multi-layered jacketed piping systems using P&ID and GA drawings.
Executing precision fabrication, including threading, complex cuts, and custom rework on specialized materials.
Serving as the go-to expert for all bolt-up, testing, and connection integrity procedures.
Contributing to skid builds and the installation of high-value valves and support components.
Qualifications
This is not a role for learning the basics. We require proven, hands-on experience in high-pressure assembly. If you don't confidently meet every point below, please do not apply:
Flange Bolt-Up Mastery: You are an expert in complex, precise flange connections.
Hydro Testing Authority: Extensive, successful experience performing and documenting both hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests.
Gasket & Stud Command: You possess instant, real-world knowledge of critical components:
Victaulic Gasket: You understand the critical installation and function of a Victaulic gasket.
Instant Sizing: You can identify and retrieve the correct stud sizes and gasket sizes for common flanges without hesitation. If we ask for a gasket, you immediately know the size and class we're referring to.
Torque Discipline: Proven ability to accurately torque connections to exact specifications, ensuring first-time, leak-free assemblies on critical systems.
REQUIRED: 3rd Year Registered Apprentice Pipefitter ticket
REQUIRED: Absolute confidence and demonstrated experience in the Mandatory Elite Skill Set
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality that ensures zero rework
Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to collaborate with a skilled fabrication team
Must own basic hand tools and have reliable transportation to Nisku
