The Account Executive Support Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing assigned client portfolios, facilitating the purchase of accounts receivable, and building lasting, trust-based client partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain a dedicated portfolio of client accounts within the finance & accounting sector.
• Collaborate with clients to establish, evaluate, and execute arrangements for the purchase of Accounts Receivable.
• Review and verify client invoices, supporting documents, and account ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor outstanding client balances and execute professional collection activities to support healthy cash flow.
• Build and cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients and key decision-makers within their organizations.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding account statuses, payment activity, and collection updates.
• Handle sensitive or difficult financial conversations with high diplomacy, tact, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client communications and account activities in internal tracking systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal risk, operations, and collections teams to resolve account inquiries promptly.
• Assist with client onboarding through initial documentation review, process guidance, and portfolio setup.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or financial administration is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable, commercial factoring, collections, or general financial operations is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and database systems.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct sensitive client discussions with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work fully in-person in Mississauga, Ontario, on a full-time basis.
