Our client is a national leader specializing in manufacturing and distributing heavy-duty industrial and construction fasteners, including structural bolts, anchors, nuts, and screws.
In this role, you will take full charge of existing client accounts—handling incoming phone and email orders, processing purchase orders, and delivering top-tier service. There is no cold calling or walk-in traffic. We need someone who can work comfortably on their own day-to-day while staying closely connected with internal support teams across Canada.
Job Location: (Southeast Edmonton, near the Pylypow / Weir Industrial area)

Responsibilities
Build strong, lasting relationships with current clients by managing their day-to-day needs.
Handle incoming client calls and emails, providing accurate pricing, product info, and order updates.
Enter and track purchase orders (POs) accurately using internal ERP software.
Reach out to quiet or inactive existing accounts to keep communication open and ensure their needs are met.
Coordinate closely with eastern support teams (including Quebec warehouse operations and Sales leadership) to make sure orders arrive on time.
Keep internal tracking tools, client accounts, and order records clean and organized.
Qualifications
Must-Have Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with industrial fasteners, bolts, anchors, or structural hardware is strictly required.
Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
Independent & Team-Minded: Able to take ownership of your work without constant supervision while staying in regular contact with eastern teams.
Tech-Savvy: Strong skills in MS Excel and experience using enterprise business software (ERP systems like P21 or Epicor).
Clear Communicator: Strong personality, great problem-solving skills, and the confidence to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
