Responsibilities
- Business Development: Conduct active prospecting (50%) to acquire new accounts within the South Shore territory.
- Territory Management: Manage and optimize an existing client base already generating significant business volume ($7M–$8M).
- Client Relations: Meet with C-level decision-makers across various industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Tech, Aerospace).
- Performance: Maintain a pace of 25 client visits per week to ensure maximum visibility.
- Entrepreneurial Vision: Manage the territory as your own business by identifying long-term growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed (minimum requirement of 2 years of university studies).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Skills: Strong sales instinct, autonomy, and a coachable mindset.
