We are looking for a future account manager specializing in moldings. If you are bilingual, passionate about the arts, and comfortable on the phone, we want to talk to you!
Advantages
Competitive salary: Between $55,000 and $65,000 annually depending on your experience.
Stability: Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week) with stable daytime hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts by conducting rigorous follow-ups by phone and email to ensure account retention and growth.
Provide high-level technical advice to customers and, after training, conduct training sessions for customers. They will come directly to the company's training room!
Respond to customer technical requests at the counter.
Collaborate internally to identify growth opportunities and participate in the promotion of specialized products.
Call customers for account follow-ups, order taking, and billing follow-ups.
Develop new customers by phone using a pre-established list and your own prospecting list.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English (essential). A large portion of the clientele is in Ontario and international.
Business acumen: Demonstrated ability to build trust over the phone and in person.
Basic education or experience in visual arts, molding, building materials, or composites is a plus.
Autonomy: Ability to organize independently and navigate Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and Sharepoint tools effectively.
Important asset: An interest in the arts community.
