Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and orders from existing clients
Provide professional, prompt, and personalized customer service
Offer alternative solutions for perishable products (flowers)
Identify upselling opportunities and maximize the value of each account
Keep client information up to date in internal systems and perform necessary follow-ups
Collaborate with external sales, marketing, and logistics teams
Welcome and assist clients who visit in person
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Essential:
Bilingual in French and English: fluent communication with clients in Montreal, Ottawa, and other regions, where both languages are required to effectively serve a diverse B2B customer base.
Job stability: 2–3 years per position
Solution-oriented personality: positive, proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused
Relevant experience: inside sales, B2B, or customer service (retail experience accepted)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Assets:
Experience with perishable products or high-volume environments
Knowledge of B2B processes (purchase orders, invoicing, payment terms)
Experience in call centers with a desire to grow professionally
