Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and documentation.
Enter and reconcile accounts payable transactions in NetSuite (mandatory).
Schedule and execute payments to vendors and service providers.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to payment inquiries.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper invoice approvals.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite (mandatory).
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in coding, posting, and documentation.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for interactions with vendors and internal teams.
Language: English required; French is considered an asset.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple deadlines across recurring AP cycles.
Education: Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
