Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Director, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of financial processes. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable processing (entering invoices into the system).
Conduct cash flow follow-ups with fiduciaries.
Perform bank transfers and issue checks.
Ensure proper classification of all supporting documents for transactions.
Handle necessary re-invoicing between different entities.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
In-depth knowledge of ERP software such as Sage300 or any other equivalent accounting system.
Comfortable with managing a high volume of transactions.
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, great autonomy, and excellent organizational skills.
Attentive to detail, thorough, and professional.
Ability to work in a team and provide high-quality customer service.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential for interacting with colleagues and partners worldwide.
