Our client located in downtown Montreal is looking for an accounting clerk to join their accounting team. The role will focus on invoice and inventory accounting. This position, based in the greater Montreal region and reporting to the Controller,this role primarily involves the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 2 days working from home), adjustable based on performance and autonomy.
Parking: Indoor parking available.
Group insurance: After 3 months (medical and dental coverage, 60% paid by Charton Hobbs).
Vacation: 1 week at Christmas + 2 flexible weeks (negotiable for 3 weeks if the candidate has experience).
RRSP: Deferred Participation Plan (DPP) offered after 3 months (employer contribution, $1,000 match).
Year-end bonus: Up to 10% (historically around 6-7%), discretionary, can be invested in RRSP.
Qualifications
A college diploma (DEC) in accounting.
Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Be fast, efficient, thorough, and rigorous.
The ability to work in a team.
Autonomy and good organizational skills to manage a large volume of transactions.
