Responsibilities
-Bookkeeping, accounting entries, and bank reconciliations
-Preparation of monthly and quarterly statements
-Invoicing, tracking payments received, and processing supplier payments
-Management of expense accounts and attendance fees
-Budget monitoring, variance analysis, and support for financial forecasting
-Reporting (GST, QST, T4A, cash flow, indicators)
-Payroll cycle for 100 employes (Employeur D)
-Documentation of procedures and continuous improvement
Qualifications
DEC in accounting or relevant university certificate
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Acomba, Sage, etc.)
Knowledge of tax rules and the budget cycle
Asset: experience in payroll and the Employer D platform
