Responsibilities
Complex Invoicing: Handling 30–40 highly customized invoices per day, requiring precise matching of purchases with sales to maintain inventory integrity.
Full-Cycle AP/AR: Posting payables and receivables, managing billing cycles, and ensuring accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Inventory Coordination: Working closely with the sales and distribution teams to ensure complex wholesale orders are billed correctly.
Ad-Hoc Support: Providing administrative assistance to the senior accountant and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an AP/AR or General Accounting role.
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 is highly preferred.
Intermediate Excel: Must be comfortable using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to manage and reconcile data.
The "Trainable" Mindset: Because our invoicing process is manual and industry-specific, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, asks questions, and has a high degree of "attention to detail."
Reliability: As a core member of a small team, consistent on-site attendance is essential.
