Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Payable:
-Process and reconcile customer invoices and vendor payments using SAP.
-Apply customer payments and manage account balances.
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records.
Data Entry & Recordkeeping:
-Accurately enter financial transactions into the SAP ERP system.
-Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity.
-Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Reporting & Support:
-Prepare and generate basic financial reports and summaries from SAP.
-Support audits by providing documentation and transaction history.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and financial data.
Qualifications
-2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-sized to large organization.
-Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (Concur, S/4HANA, ECC, or similar).
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting).
-High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
