Responsibilities
Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Performing bank and account reconciliations
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accuracy
Assisting with financial reporting and variance analysis
Supporting audits and compliance-related activities
Working with accounting systems and Excel to manage and analyze data
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)
Progress toward or interest in pursuing a CPA designation
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP are assets)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting function
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Exposure to AP/AR or full-cycle accounting
Familiarity with automation tools or data analytics
