Responsibilities
-Ensure accurate recording of deposits, expenses, and journal entries in the GL; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
-Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
-Assist with the annual audit by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
-Support budgeting, fee analysis, and respond to finance-related inquiries.
-Perform administrative tasks and assist the Finance Manager as needed.
Qualifications
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-2-3 years of accounting working experience
-Hands-on experience in journal entries and general ledger
-Strong communication skills
