Responsibilities
- Actively participate in financial transformation projects
- Contribute to the implementation, optimization, and upgrading of financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, BI, automation)
- Document and review financial processes to identify efficiency gains
- Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and external consultants
- Serve as a financial point of contact for various departments
- Act as a key resource during testing, training, and deployment of new tools
- Propose solutions aimed at automating and standardizing processes
- Participate in the development of accounting and financial best practices
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
- Experience in corporate accounting, financial closing, and financial statement preparation
- Experience in financial transformation projects, including implementation or optimization of financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, reporting, or BI)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and comfortable with financial systems (ERP, consolidation, reporting)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
